SADE’s Annual General Meeting and Summer Day 2025 – AI, rooftops, and 100,000 Booster-connected devices 🚀🌞💡

A summer day, the Annual General Meeting, and a rooftop party – and sunny SADE! This combo has become a tradition for the SADE team, but that doesn’t mean each year doesn’t bring something new and exciting. It absolutely does. A lot.

This time, it wasn’t just the sunshine and the smell of the barbecue that brought us together – we also had something pretty special to celebrate:

🌐 100,000 devices connected to the SADE Booster cloud
One of our biggest numerical milestones was reached this spring: over 100,000 devices are now connected to our Booster cloud. This isn’t just a technical stat – it’s proof that we’re building a scalable, reliable solution that works in the real world, in real use, with real customers. Now that´s cool!

🤖 From learning about AI to building AI
If a year ago, AI still felt like something we should start to understand, today, it’s part of our everyday life – in demos, internal tools, and yes, in real customer projects. Along with our own in-house solutions, we’re also building multiple AI-powered systems for our customers – especially solutions that leverage generative AI and large language models. We may not have all the answers yet – but neither does anyone else. One thing is certain though: this is incredibly exciting – AI enables so much new and enhances so much what there already is. We’re in it. Headed in the right direction.

🌇 Back to the rooftop – because why not
And where better to celebrate all this than the rooftop of our Turku office? The SADE team (meaning SADE owners because we are all owners!) gathered at the deck above the urban city rooftops, drinks in hand, sun on our faces. This concept delivers. Every. Time. We’re pretty sure to declare that it’s become an official AGM institution. 😄
