Teollisuusfoorumi 2026 – a strong reminder of where the industry is heading

Teollisuusfoorumi is back! 😁 After a few years’ break, the event organized by Yrityssalo at the Salo IoT Campus once again brought together local industrial companies to discuss future outlooks, collaboration, and new opportunities.

Throughout the day, key industry topics were explored through expert talks and discussions. In particular, the following themes stood out:
👉 a changing operating environment and competitiveness
👉 the growing importance of network-based collaboration
👉 the role of AI in industry

The event also included a mini expo, where SADE was, of course, present with our own stand 💪. We brought along selected, hands-on demos to showcase what modern IoT and cloud solutions look like in practice: the SADE Booster IoT Asset (web and mobile applications), Hyper IoT Connectivity hardware, the Harvia Fenix control panel & MyHarvia 2 mobile app, as well as the Sauna Sensor.

Our goal was not just to talk about solutions, but to demonstrate them in action — and we had plenty of great discussions throughout the day. One clear message came through from multiple angles: industry is no longer just digitalizing — it is becoming fundamentally intelligent, and the key to success has shifted from simply collecting data to making meaningful use of it. A massive amount of data without a practical purpose benefits no one. This is a direction we also see in our own customer projects every day.
