SADE AI Solutions

AI changes the economics of software development.
AI makes more projects possible.
Ideas that were previously too slow, expensive or uncertain can now be tested and implemented with a smaller initial commitment and smaller total cost.

For us, AI is a tool — not just a buzzword.
And the same goes for the solutions we build for our clients.

We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in both our daily operations and client projects. We help organizations adopt AI quickly, securely, and in a way that truly supports their business.

When we build AI-powered solutions for our clients, the most important thing is that they actually work.

A deep understanding of the client’s needs, ease of use, and thorough end-to-end testing ensure that AI delivers the real value it was intended to create.

We have strong expertise and hands-on experience in putting generative AI applications and large language models (LLMs) to practical use for our clients. For example, see a Customer Case: Kallio.ai KAIO →

What we offer

Three ways AI shows up in real work.

We don't do AI for show. Each of these has to make your work faster, cheaper or better.

  • AI-accelerated software development

Combine experienced engineering with AI-assisted implementation, testing, prototyping and documentation. The speed comes from engineers who already know what correct looks like — AI compresses the writing, it does not remove the engineering responsibility.

  • Custom LLM solutions

Build secure, domain-specific search, knowledge and workflow applications around your organisation's data. Retrieval over your own documents, automation of manual knowledge work, and interfaces designed for your process rather than a generic chat box.

  • AI proof of concept

Validate one business problem, one data source and one measurable outcome before scaling. A bounded PoC establishes technical feasibility, a cost estimate and the real risks — before a large transformation programme is committed to. It is the same discipline as our concept work, applied to a technology whose feasibility is genuinely uncertain.

AI in Our Strategy – and in Our Everyday Work

🛠 Everyday AI tools: We use practically all the latest AI tools for documentation, testing, prototyping, verification, coding – and more.

⚙️ AI as part of our own and our clients’ products: We integrate generative AI and large language models (LLMs) not only into our clients’ solutions, but also internally. Of course also in our Booster IoT Asset.

🚀 Agile experimentation: AI enables us to quickly prototype and test new ideas. Proofs of Concept (PoCs) can be built in just a few days, or even less.

💡 What changed for us: Everything is not ten times cheaper. It is that more attempts are now affordable: faster feedback, earlier prototypes, and fewer expensive dead ends. That is what changes which projects are worth going for.

“What used to take an hour can now be done in roughly a day's worth of work. And what used to take a day can now be done in a week's worth of work.” SADE AI podcast

Our projects: Examples

Our own internal AI:

🔗 AI integrations: We have integrated our billing, resource management, hour tracking, document management, company chat and meetings, so AI can pull answers and summaries from all of them, and help us write summaries, presentations and proposals - and act as a sparring partner.

🛠 AI-native development: Agentic AI coding is our standard way of working. We use AI across the whole software lifecycle: design, coding, debugging, testing, error fixing, documentation, and CI & CD.

🧰 Examples of the tools we use: OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Anthropic (Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design), Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Copilot, GitHub Copilot), Cursor, xAI (Grok), JetBrains AI, and CodeRabbit.

Our Customer Projects:

⚖️ A Vercel-based, LLM-independent platform for AI applications → the language model can be swapped on the fly. We’ve already delivered multiple client projects built on this foundation, including use cases in legal, sales, and marketing. The real added value in these AI solutions has come from optimizing for customer-specific use cases and clearly defining rules and constraints to ensure high-quality output from the language models. For example, see a Customer Case: Kallio.ai KAIO →

💼 PoC development: Before vs. now: For example, a PoC we developed for detecting grey imports: previously, without AI, the project would have taken an estimated 2 months and cost around €40k. With AI, we delivered it in just 2 weeks — at only €10k. AI accelerates development significantly.

📦 Coming soon: The next Booster building block. We’re building Booster MCP for AI agents. It connects the device fleet to the customer’s own AI agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Stay tuned!

Responsibility

Where the human stays in the loop.

AI systems fail in ways conventional software does not. These are the controls we build in.

  • Human review of critical output

Anything that affects a customer, a device or a financial outcome is reviewed by an engineer who is accountable for it. AI does not get the last word on production code.

  • Data protection and ownership

Your data stays yours. We define up front what may be sent to a model, what may not, and where it is processed — before any integration is built.

  • Appropriate model and vendor choice

Model selection is a technical decision driven by the task, the data sensitivity and the cost, not by whichever vendor is loudest that quarter.

  • Managing hallucination and error

Grounding in your own sources, citation of where an answer came from, and explicit handling of the case where the system does not know.

  • Access control and logging

Who can ask what, and a record of what was asked and answered — the same expectations you would place on any other system touching business data.

  • Cost visibility

Token and inference costs are monitored from the start, so an AI feature does not quietly become the most expensive part of the product.

How we run it
How to get going with AI?
Explore, prove, then build.
🚀 Getting started with us is easy. We have a three-phase model that keeps your progress structured and your costs under control.
Here’s an overview of the AI services and collaboration models we offer at SADE Innovations:
PHASE 1
→
Explore

Consulting. A short session, 2-3 hours. Identification of the possibilities of AI for the customer. Data, Users, Business benefits, What and how to measure.

(0-1000 €).

PHASE 2
→
Fast PoC (Proof of Concept)

PoC with a limited scope. Technical feasibility established, costs estimated, risks identified. Development of, for example, an AI agent that automates one of your key work flows.

(~100h / 5000 €).

PHASE 3
Custom-made product

A turnkey AI solution ready for the customer to use or commercialize. Secure. With integrations. Ready for support and continuous development.

(duration & cost based on project scope).

READY TO GET STARTED?

We provide a full set of competences for your R&D projects - with or without AI. We´d love to hear about your needs and see what we can do for you.

Bring us one problem, one data source, one measurable outcome. That is enough to run an Explore phase and tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool for it.
