Long-Term Collaboration at the Core of High Technology – SATEL & SADE Innovations

🚜 MCCU-30 – An Intelligent Router for Heavy-Duty Environments
One of the most impressive results of our joint efforts is the MCCU-30, a multi-band router designed for vehicles that acts as an intelligent hub for data transmission in heavy machinery. The MCCU-30 connects to systems in, for example, excavators, and enables external data communication via LTE, Wi-Fi, UHF, and Bluetooth technologies. Through GNSS RTK radio, highly accurate positioning data is made available for the machine’s control system, and the Azure-based SATEL Secure Remote (SSR) cloud service allows the devices to be controlled and monitored remotely. MCCU-30 enables real-time transmission of hydraulic data, fault codes, and location information to monitoring and analytics services. SADE has contributed to the development of MCCU-30’s Yocto Linux-based system, device state monitoring, message handling, and other software components. On the cloud connectivity side, SADE has participated in the design of communication interfaces and message validation, particularly in MQTT-based messaging.
🛠️ Broad Support Across Multiple Products
Our collaboration with SATEL has not been limited to the MCCU-30 project. We’ve also contributed to the mechanical design of earlier MCCU devices, to the development of the SATEL BT-RS232 adapter, which enables Bluetooth connectivity in devices that don’t include it by default (allowing them to be configured remotely like other SATEL products), and for remote configuration, SADE has developed mobile application software for SATEL. And that’s not all – several other, yet-to-be-announced products are also simmering under the surface. Stay tuned 😊
